Workshop : 13th Heavenly Asia Pacific Sung Hwa Youth Workshop

Date: December 26, 2023 - January 1, 2024

Venue: CheonBo Pak Chong Training Center, Thailand

Target Age = 15 years old and above

Registration Fee: USD$340 (Physical) USD$20 (Online)

1. Financial Assistance:

Families facing financial difficulties can receive support for sending their children to the workshop. The subsidized tickets will be covered by the FilJap 2ndgen Public fund. This initiative aims to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder participation.

2. Ticket Arrangement/Purchase

Each family is responsible for purchasing the tickets and flight schedule for their own children.

3. Coordination and Reporting

A. Interested participants are required to report to their respective group leaders at the earliest to available slots on financial assistance,

First Deadline of confirmation : Dec. 10,2023

B. Group and Area Leaders are instructed to identify and confirm the participation of 2nd generation individuals from their respective groups. They are responsible for reporting the finalized list of attendees from their groups and report to the assigned district coordinators mentioned below. .This information will help in organizing and managing the event effectively.
