Filjap East District 2nd Gathering at Hachioji Church

Filjap East District community joins Hachioji local church for this month's 3rd Sunday Worship Service , Sept. 17,2023, where Rev. Tsuyoshi Ishio, Witnessing Director of FFWPU,Japan happened to be the main speaker. Timely, the message is arround mainstream witnessing aligned with True Mother's dream and hope.

In the afternoon was a gathering of the Filjap community to discuss the upcoming plan of organizing monthly English Sunday Services to collaborate with Hachioji Church hosting it.

The plan was actually kicked-off last July when Rev.Dongsu Sato, Tama Regional Church Leader, invited Filjap to join in the church's Youth Festival event.

This is in alignment of True Mother's call for the 210 days condition for witnessing from June to December this year. Filipino community is asked to lead this initiative to invite English speaking foreigner guests every month. We are looking forward to having the first international gathering in Hachioji this coming October 15. At the later part of the group discussion, Rev.Dongsu Sato and Masaaki Hyodo, Education Dept. Head (Hachioji Church) joined and inspired the particpants on their vision of expanding international family in Hachioji Church.

Bonding moments will never be missed in a Filipino community where everyone stayed for coffee and snacks and lots of nostalgic "chika-chika" and extension of exchaning ideas brought from the key take aways of the discussion that day.
