Guidance on Direction: 9th Cheonbo Benkyokai Highlights & Tips

Thank you to those who have attended our 9th CheonBo Benkyokai.

Here are the highlights and please be guided accordingly:

1. Current direction on the upcoming May 2023 event in Cheongpyeong was explained

a. Namelist of those planning to go according to the mentioned requirement needs to be submitted before Dec.30.

b. Members planning to go to attend with other purpose than mentioned, there is no instructions from IHQ yet.

2. Assessment and update of current Filjap CheonBo Challengers status. This will help CheonBo Department to guide Challengers on specific requirements required.

3. Travel Preparation Tips ( for May,7, 2023 event )

a. Applying visa for Korea Travel. Reservation is required this time!

Make reservation in advance but prior to setting a date for the appointment, you need to book a flight ticket and fill-up the application form provided in the website which you can download>>click here

c. Apply for a multiple visa instead of single (valid for 5 years… until 20227 ! )

d. Digital Visa when approved can be downloaded to be printed and shown at airport instead of stamp on the passport.

e. Quarantine Information Pre-Entry System . >> click here Required to enter Korea 3 days before departure date. PCR is NOT need but be aware that PCR is needed on re-entry to Japan. ( note: rule is subject to change to always check website for info)

f. Registration at Visit Japan Web >> click here for The “Fast Track” service for quarantine procedure has been available in from Nov.1,2022
